The Process

Step 1

Proof of purchase is required for verification.

Step 2

Initial shipping fee will be settled in-store.

Step 3

An initial assessment report, to be followed by service updates, will be provided via email by our service team.

Step 4

Final payment for service and repair must be settled before devices will be delivered to your preferred address.

Shipping Guidelines

One-way shipping fee for devices within 1 year warranty from Power Mac Center and The Loop stores will be waived once. Two-way shipping fees for succeeding services will be charged.

Shipping fee for out-of-warranty devices and devices not purchased from Power Mac Center and The Loop stores will be fully charged to customers.

Packaging of devices for service and repair must be provided by the customer. Original box of devices is preferred.
